How do I know if my check was deposited successfully?

Each time you make a deposit, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you assigned to Private Portrait. You can also review deposits through the App by pressing the "Deposits" icon then selecting "Review Deposit."

What are the limits for mobile deposits?

You may deposit checks totaling up to $3,000 per day and $12,000 per month.

When will the funds from my mobile deposit be available?

Mobile check deposits transmitted up to 5pm Mondays through Fridays will be credited to the designated account during end of day processing (just like a deposit at a Banking Center or in an ATM).

What should I do with the checks I've deposited?

Once you have received a confirmation email, write “deposited” and the date of deposit on the face of the check. Keep the marked check for at least a week (in case there is an issue with a check) and then destroy it.
